If there was one plant we had to recommend these were entirely the olive leaves . Yes it's exactly what grows under your house! It carries within it so much medicine and its contribution in many systems.

The olive trees originated in the eastern Mediterranean and the Land of Israel has always known an abundance of this wonderful tree. The wood is so "durable" and can  Live even up to 2000 years. We enjoy its fruits, its oil and even make a living from it by exporting to other countries and it is time to include olive leaves in our menu as well. From the dawn of history there is evidence of the use of olive leaves, in the land of Canaan, ancient Greece and Egypt.

So what is so special about olive tree owners?

  Olive leaves contain substances called "oleuropoin"  Ligastroside are bitter substances that inhibit vascular damage, relax the blood vessels and thus also help lower high blood pressure.

Olive leaves you will also find flavonoids and they have strong antioxidant, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-cancer activity. These substances contribute to longevity, strengthening the immune system and strengthening the heart muscle.

The olive leaves lower the fats in the blood, balance the sugar levels, relieve gout, calm the mind, strengthen absorption in the digestive system and regulate the heart a little. There are a number of other labels on how these are major.

You can pick the olive leaves directly from the tree, preferably a non-urban tree and not one that is close to the roads, pick a respectable branch for you, turn it over, dry it and use it throughout the year. Or just go to a nearby health food store and buy yourself a bag of dried leaves. Keep the leaves in a sunny place and in a closed jar.

If you suffer from an imbalance in one of the systems mentioned it is recommended to drink 1-2 grams of olive leaves on a glass of boiling water between 2-4 times a day.

And if you just want to maintain good health and even improve it, treat yourself to one of the olive leaves. As already mentioned the olive leaves have a gentle calming effect on both the mind and the digestive system, so it is recommended to drink one good glass after a long day.

Note that when you dip the olive leaves, let them "sit" in the boiling water for at least 5-7 minutes before drinking to exhaust all the ingredients.
